Donald graduated from UNM's Division of Physical Therapy in 1983. He has worked in several clinics throughout the Southwest but returned to his hometown of Los Lunas in 1996 to fulfill the dream of owning his own practice. He has dedicated his life to physical therapy and the application of a comprehensive, all-inclusive approach to patient care. He believes that physical therapy is a perfect venue to be able to help people and touch lives. Donald is committed to the advancement of the profession of PT and the ongoing conversation of the healing capacity of the human body.

Donald lives in Los Lunas with his wife Loraine and their son Estevan. He enjoys gardening, classic cars, exercise, and the outdoors.

Steve graduated in 2004 from UNM’s Division of Physical Therapy with a Master’s degree. Steve has been with Paradigm Physical Therapy since 2000, starting out as a therapy technician. His relationship with Paradigm influenced him to return as a therapist. Steve currently acts as the manager of the Belen clinic.

Sledge is an Albuquerque native and graduated with his Master’s Degree from the UNM Division of Physical Therapy in 2008. Prior to studying physical therapy, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in General Management from UNM. As manager of the Bernalillo clinic, Sledge has fostered a continuously growing clinic, yet it is his skills as a physical therapist that the patients note. Sledge is married with two beautiful children. He also enjoys coaching his son's t-ball team and playing on his church's softball team. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and criticizing top athletic professionals on their apparent hip abductor weakness.

Patrick
Vigil, DPT

Patrick grew up in Albuquerque's South Valley and has lived in Los Lunas since 2002. Prior to joining Paradigm in 2005, he was a personal trainer with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. He began his career with Paradigm as the Fitness Coordinator and has since graduated with his Master's and Doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy from the University of New Mexico. He is happily married with 4 young children. He enjoys coaching his son's football team and is very involved in his church. He donates a great deal of time and resources to various community activities and sponsors a needy child in Nicaragua. Patrick has combined his interest in orthopaedics as well as gait and foot dynamics along with his skill of fabricating fully custom foot orthotics to help make Paradigm the best place for patient care in Valencia County.

Charlie is a graduate of UNM's Division of Physical Therapy, Class of 2009. He is former a professional dancer, and his experience with injuries associated with the profession drove him to seek a new career in the healthcare field starting out as a massage therapist and eventually progressing to physical therapy. He is married with two young children and spends as much time as possible with them.

Olga has worked for Paradigm for several years now. She graduated from UNM's Division of Physical Therapy in 1999. She is well-travelled and has lived in many different countries, which has shaped her love for language. She also enjoys riding horses, cycling, and exploring the outdoors.

Valerie Gutierrez, PT

Valerie has worked for Paradigm for several years originally as a PT technician. She graduated from UNM's Division of Physical Therapy last year and is very excited to have a new role at Paradigm. She is married with one child, and she is currently expecting her second child later this year. While she is on maternity leave, she intends to pursue her love of organic baby food blending.

Marc was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM and started with Paradigm in 2000. He began as a PT technician and remained so for several years. After going back to school, he earned his degrees in fine arts and fitness and is now a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Working for Paradigm fueled his desire to stay in the field of physical therapy where he has found his niche.

Casey

Casey is the Fitness Coordinator for Paradigm's Wellness Program, which includes a regular gym member program, one-on-one personal training, and many other rehab and research-based exercise programs. Casey graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology and minor in business administration. Immediately after graduating he attained his title as Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Casey maintains an active lifestyle with his wife and family including hiking, fishing, wake-boarding, and many other types of athletic endeavors. He feels that exercise should be used as a tool for learning and understanding movement. In turn he helps members understand this concept through thorough instruction and close supervision.
